How does the ordering process work?
When you place your order, we straight away send a confirmation to your email address. Next, we assign you a build slot and give an estimated lead time for your watch. After, we quality-check your parts to make sure they meet our standards. Then, your watch moves to the building phase. Upon completion, we tell you by email and ship your watch to your address.
I just placed an order; when will my watch ship?
Our lead in time is 2 weeks from the order date to the completion of your build. This timeframe allows us to give each project the attention it deserves.
What countries do you ship to?
We only take orders and ship within the UK, including Northern Ireland.
What are the delivery methods?
We use Royal Mail and FedEx for all UK orders, ensuring fully insured shipments with tracking. Additionally, we update tracking numbers after dispatch. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please contact us at [email protected].
Is delivery free?
Yes, all orders we ship are free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Typically, UK deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 working days, excluding holidays and any unforeseen circumstances.
Can I make a few custom tweaks to my watch design?
Absolutely! If you have a specific design in mind or just want to swap out some parts. We are more than happy to accommodate. Simply visit our Bespoke page, fill out the form with the relevant information. We’ll get in touch to start crafting your unique timepiece.
Why does the stated water resistance sometimes differ from what is printed on the dial?
Due to the custom nature of our watches, we occasionally incorporate dials into cases with different water resistance ratings. Please adhere to the water resistance rating stated in the product description. Our tests guarantee these ratings.
My order arrived defective or damaged. What can I do?
We cover your Timepiece Tailors watch with a 2-year warranty to guarantee your satisfaction. If you suspect your watch is defective or damaged, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us directly at [email protected]. We will help you in changing your address and confirm once it’s done.
