Warranty and Guarantees
All Timepiece Tailors watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty period covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any manufacturing fault, failure, or defect. This warranty does not cover any issues which arise from abnormal use as outlined below, even during the warranty period:
– Damage from improper care or disregard for the listed specifications
– Mechanical failure due to any sort of knocks and dents.
– Water damage due to improper use of the crown.
– Damage or failure of quick set date function through inadequate mechanical care.
– Superficial surface damage like scratches, dents, and knocks that occur from regular use.
– Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by any third-party person or company.
In the unlikely event that you are sent a defective or damaged watch. The Timepiece Tailors 2-year limited warranty will cover the repair or replacement of your timepiece where eligible. To star a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected]
You will be provided with a 1- time return shipping label at no extra cost to you. Please return your watch in its original packaging and make sure it is securely packed.
In the case where a watch is later found to be ineligible for repair or replacement. Timepiece Tailors reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement of the watch.

Refund and Returns Policy
Your watch is covered by our Timepiece Tailors 2-year limited warranty. If you get a watch that seems damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] to start a warranty claim. We will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If necessary, we may offer a full replacement of the same or similarly priced watch, or a full refund. We process all refunds through your original payment method within 10 business days.
